[Beauvoir, the National Cathedral Elementary School] Voices for Learning: The Beauvoir Center for Teaching and Learning in Washington, DC is pleased to announce its 8th Summer Institute of exemplary learning opportunities for elementary, middle and high school educators. Summer offerings include the Schools Attuned professional development programs, The Responsive Classroom one-day and week-long courses, Brain Gym, and Nature Explore workshops. Our successful Summer Institute for the Teaching of Foreign Languages is once again on the schedule. The program is complete with classes in writing workshop, mathematics, visual arts, puppetry, and Reggio Emilia fundamentals. Courses are scheduled June through August 2009.
