Chaplains Networking and Professional Development Survey Now Through April 12

Feebback KeyNow through April 12, the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) is conducting a survey of its member chaplains about possible new networking and professional development activities and programs. The survey will be conducted using SurveyMonkey.

NAES’ 50th Anniversary Gathering Fund campaign includes a goal to support Episcopal school chaplaincy development. As the new Endowment for Chaplaincy Development begins to grow, NAES has begun to formulate ideas about possible programs and services it might fund. We want to hear from Episcopal school chaplains actively engaged in this ministry about our ideas and about ideas they may have.

NAES will use the survey responses to help inform its decisions about new or revamped programs for Episcopal school chaplaincy development, networking, professional development, and mentoring.

About the Survey

Respondents will be asked, in the following order, questions relating to these possible programs and services:

  • Face-to-Face Networking and Professional Development
  • Virtual Networking
  • Virtual Professional Development
  • Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program (an open-ended question asking about program content, ways to connect, and qualities of an ideal mentor)
  • Basic Demographic Information About Your School and You

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Participants will be able to go back to previous pages in the survey and update existing responses until they finish or exit the survey. Once finished, they will not be able to re-enter the survey.

If you have questions about the survey before you begin it, contact David J. Schnabel, CAE, Communications & Events Manager, at djs@episcopalschools.org or (212) 716-6182.

Our thanks for participating in this important survey.
