Biennial Conference is the premier gathering of Episcopal school leaders from around The Episcopal Church, as well as a small but growing number of leaders from other parts of the Anglican Communion. Participants include heads of school, Early Childhood Education program directors, rectors, trustees, vestry members, chaplains and teachers of religion, senior administrators and faculty members, diocesan and regional school leaders, education professionals and consultants and friends. A sponsorship will maximize your visibility and get your organization’s literature into the hands of each of our anticipated 800 attendees at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter Hotel in Texas.

Connection Lounge — One (1) sponsorship at $7,500
New at Biennial Conference 2010 is our “Connection Lounge,” where attendees will be able to relax and sip iced tea; meet with representative from NAES, your organization, and one another; and check e-mail and explore the NAES and your Web sites at one of three internet kiosks. The atmosphere is meant to promote networking in a comfortable setting. Your sponsorship will help accomplish this goal. The Connection Lounge will be open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the conference.
Thursday Wine & Cheese Reception — One (1) sponsorship at $4,000
New to Biennial Conference 2010 is our wine and cheese reception on Thursday, November 18, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to extend the fellowship of the preceding Opening Eucharist before heading off to dinner with colleagues and friends. You’ll be the toast of Biennial with this sponsorship.
Journal and Pen — One (1) sponsorship at $3,000
Made of 100% recycled chipboard and paper, this spiral-bound, 80 sheet, 5½” x 7” journal includes a pen as well! Attendees will be able to take notes, write themselves reminders for ministry, and jot down a colleague’s contact information.
