Pilot Mentoring Program for New Chaplains Launches with Full Cohort

The National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) is pleased to announce the launch an inaugural Pilot Mentoring Program for New Chaplains. The program, announced in June 2016, brings together ten new and ten experienced Episcopal school chaplains to work together throughout the 2016-2017 school year. Cindy LaPorte and David Charlton to Be Honored at Biennial Conference 2016

The NAES Governing Board has chosen Cindy LaPorte, head of school at All Saints’ Episcopal Day School, Austin, Texas, and David H. Charlton, Ed.D., president of the Church Schools in the Diocese of Virginia, as the recipients of the 2016 Ruth Jenkins Award and John D. Verdery Award, respectively.
