Responsibilities

  • Teach five sections of Middle Division History
  • Advise a small group of Middle Division students
  • Attend to student rows in daily chapel service
  • Share conversation with students at a family-style dining table during lunch
  • Participate in coaching or activity sponsorship
  • Chaperone Signature Experience 8th Grade Trip to Washington, DC
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with three years of experience teaching history
  • Understanding of adolescent development
  • Ability to utilize technology to enhance student learning
  • Positive, proactive, and clear communication style with colleagues, students, and parents
