The St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School Advancement Office is responsible for engaging, cultivating and soliciting over 7,000 active constituents including alumni, current parents, grandparents, parents of alumni, faculty and staff. As the school moves the priorities forward of the Saints Together Campaign and celebrates its centennial year, it seeks a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day organization and management of the campaign. This position reports directly to the Director of Major and Campaign Giving. The position will work collaboratively within the Advancement team to ensure that all efforts in support of the campaign, including but not limited to, fundraising, volunteer management, special events, donor stewardship, communications, records, reporting, and research are coordinated and conducted with effectiveness and efficiency. This position is a full-time, twelve-month position culminating at the end of the Saints Together Campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in advancement, campaign management, or other relevant areas. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, project management, and collaborative skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. This individual should have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. The candidate should expect to work with the school’s internal stakeholders, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will also have some event management experience. Other qualifications include: effective time management skills, proficiency with G Suite, knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or other database preferred. Some evening/weekend event support work is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the advancement team to ensure that campaign and major gift prospects are cultivated, solicited, and stewarded in a timely manner
Help ensure the effective utilization of volunteers with prospects and donors, compiling information for and following visits
Assist in the planning and preparation of campaign volunteer meetings by preparing profiles, agendas, and other meeting materials, as well as taking notes, and ensuring follow-up
Support the implementation of the campaign’s organization and structure by coordinating production of campaign related materials and correspondence, and maintaining comprehensive campaign and communications timelines
Assist with the management of individual campaign prospects through the Raiser’s Edge pipeline
Conduct research and draft communications, proposals, donor profiles and briefing memos for prospective campaign donors
Plan travel relative to campaign and centennial events and prospect visits for Head of School, the Advancement team, volunteers and other stakeholders as needed
Assist with planning and executing cultivation and recognition events for campaign, major gift, and centennial purposes
Support the implementation of donor acknowledgment, recognition and stewardship processes, communication, and events
Assist with necessary campaign updates, numerical analysis, and other relevant campaign reports to be reviewed regularly at internal meetings, as well as those shared with volunteer and school leadership
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Major and Campaign Giving
