An opportunity, prior to the opening of the NAIS conference, for school heads to gather and reflect on the nature of school headship and its intersection with the spiritual life. Join us for an afternoon of discussion and quiet reflection. Will Moseley, Head of School at St. Margaret's Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano, will lead us through the topic "Why Schools Do Not Change Like A Business: Managing School Change within A Fluid Environment."

The retreat [has offered me] the unique opportunity to find the time for prayer, song, silence, reflection and engaging conversation around the topic of why we do the work we do. I didn't know exactly what to expect when I came, but I was absolutely thrilled with what I left with from the retreat! — Jan Pullen, Head of School, Saint Stephen's Episcopal School, Bradenton, FL
