Whether you are a first- or second-year Episcopal school head or preschool director, this conference is for you. Come together with colleagues to reflect on the unique dimensions of Episcopal school leadership beyond the usual topics addressed at other independent school leadership institutes.
New and seasoned Episcopal school heads and NAES leaders will lead you through aspects of Episcopal school headship including: Episcopal identity, the spiritual life of a school, the head as bearer of school culture and spiritual leader, and the relationship between a school and a parish or diocese.
You will leave the conference ready for the joys and challenges of headship common to all independent schools and unique to Episcopal schools.
