This session will outline the basic elements of parish day school governance and lines of authority. Topics will include the roles and responsibilities of the rector, vestry, school board, and head of school/early childhood director as well as key considerations for healthy communication, planning, and decision-making.
Ideal for: new-ish and prospective heads of school, rectors, school board chairs and trustees, wardens and vestry members, diocesan staff, and anyone interested in a refresher on topic.
