At some point in their shared lives, leaders of Episcopal parishes and their ECE program often discover that they have different assumptions about what they can or should expect of their colleagues “across the way.” Sometimes a preschool and parish are in conflict due to significant growth or economic hardship. Sometimes they are going through a change in school or parish leadership. Often they are simply embarking on long-range or strategic planning.
This webinar will explore six of the most common misconceptions that Episcopal parish ECE programs and their sponsoring parishes have of one another that can get in the way of working more effectively together, and how to avoid them.
Ideal for early childhood education (ECE) program directors, school board or school committee members, rectors, and vestry members.

Non-member registrants are entitled to a full refund less a $15 processing fee. Requests received after 5:00 p.m. (EDT), Friday, November 8, 2013, or by any means other than fax or email will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.Any and all liability of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) with respect to registration, cancellations, changes in the content of the program, technology breakdowns, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid.
