Alignment: A Better Way Forward for Heads, Boards and Their Schools

Thursday, May 18, 2023 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

Zoom Meeting

The registration period for this meeting has ended.

Successful schools have Heads of School who lead, manage, and accomplish partnered with Boards who direct, protect, and enable. How is this accomplished? In this webinar, our presenters will discuss an approach that will provide participants with a model geared to enhance the alignment of key influencers of independent schools, Heads and Boards. Learn more about how professional assessment of school influencers can check alignment; how to define and align school influencer roles; and, once discovered, how they provide points on staying aligned. This power-point introduction will lead way to questions and discussion providing answers that better drive effectiveness in schools.

This webinar is presented in collaboration with Aligned Influence Consulting, an NAES Solutions Partner.
