Description:
Early childhood education program heads or directors seldom have financial management training and depend heavily on the business office to know how the school is doing financially. Schools dedicated to early childhood often do not have the financial staffs that schools with large enrollments have. How can the Head of an ECL School know how the school is doing financially? This webinar will present a view of "dashboard gauges" by which to monitor your school's financial performance. No accounting or finance training is required.
All you will need to participate is telephone and computer with a high-speed Internet connection; no downloads are required!
