Badge and Ticket Pick-up On-site
Our registration company is located here in New York City, but in the part of Manhattan that was without power. As a result, the previously announced badge-mailing will not take place. An email will be sent to all registrants on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, with pick-up instructions and other important information. Please be on the lookout for it.

Registration Includes:
Biennial Conference 2012 features registration packages for the full conference and Friday only as follows:- Full Conference: Includes Thursday's community service project, 4 Special Focus Sessions, and the Wine and Cheese Reception; Friday's breakfast with Krista Tippett; 3 additional featured speakers; Friday's luncheon; two coffee breaks; over 50 workshops; 3 Deep Dive Sessions; and access to resources, the bookstore, and exhibits. (Thursday's Off-Site Sessions and Saturday's Networking Breakfasts require the purchase of additional tickets.) This package will be offered at a variety of individual (member, non-member, presenter, spouse, and seminarian) and group rates.
- Friday Only: Includes all events on Friday: 3 additional featured speakers; Friday's luncheon; two coffee breaks; over 40 workshops; and access to resources, the bookstore, and exhibits. (This package is available only to 2012-2013 members of the Mid-Atlantic Episcopal Schools Association [MAESA].)
For Biennial Conference 2012 member rates of any kind, 2012-2013 NAES membership dues must be received on or before the following dates.

- Group: 5 or More Individuals (mail registrations only) - September 30
- Regular - September 30
- Friday Only - September 30
Who Should Attend:
Heads of school, early childhood education program directors, rectors, trustees, vestry members, chaplains and teachers of religion, senior administrators and faculty members, diocesan and regional school leaders, education professionals and consultants and friends are encouraged to come together to learn, teach, share, network, celebrate, and give thanks.Biennial Conference, held in the fall of even number calendar years, is the premier gathering of Episcopal school leaders from around the Episcopal Church, as well as a small but growing number of leaders from other parts of the Anglican Communion. The Conference's professional development opportunities are designed to support and strengthen the leadership and governance of our schools and the articulation of their Episcopal identity.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
Written cancellations received by fax at (212) 460-5460 on or before 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, October 12, 2012 are entitled to a full refund, less a $75 processing fee. Requests received after this deadline or by any means other than fax will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.All registrations and reservations are subject to acceptance. Registrations and reservations received without payment will be returned. Registrations are NOT transferable and cannot be split among conference attendees. Any and all liability of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall NAES be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
NAES or its contractors may be photographing or videotaping sessions and events at Biennial Conference 2012. By attending the NAES Biennial Conference 2012, attendees understand and agree to allow their image to be used by NAES in Association publications, on its website, and in marketing or promotional materials. Photo images may also be shared with the media. Attendance at the meeting waives NAES from liability resulting from these uses.

All group reservation rooms must be fully pre-paid on or before October 1, 2012. Any group rooms not pre-paid on or before October 1, 2012 will be returned to the Conference room block and made available at the conference rate to individuals/groups attending the Conference. Once paid, group rooms are non-refundable.

Travel Information:
Events on Thursday, November 15 include that morning's Community Service Project, the day-long New Heads program, the afternoon Special Focus Sessions, and the Opening Eucharist that begins at 5:00 pm. Closing Noonday Prayers will conclude at approximately 12:45 pm on Saturday, November 17. Both worship services will take place at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. As of March 1, 2012, on-site parking at the hotel is $8.50 per hour, $26 per day. Valet parking is $40 per day. The parking garage does not accommodate oversized vehicles.
