09:00 am - 11:00 pm	Episcopal Identity and Early Childhood Programs What are the characteristics of early childhood programs associated with Episcopal parishes and cathedrals? How do different early childhood programs associated with Episcopal parishes and cathedrals understand and express that connection? Participants will have a chance to reflect on their particular church-school culture and story.
11:00 am - 11:30 am	Welcoming All Children: Creating an Inclusive Preschool The philosophy of St. Columba's Nursery School affirms that every individual connected with the school is regarded as a person with an inestimable capacity to grow and learn. to that end, St. Columba's reserves a significant number of spots for children with a variety of challenges. Director Julia berry will share how the Nursery School welcomes and affirms this enriching variety of students.
11:30 am - 12:30 pm	Lunch and Networking A light meal will be served.
12:30 pm - 02:00 pm	Leadership, Governance and Church School Relations How can early childhood programs and Episcopal parishes structure their shared life, including space, expenses, and decision-making? We will focus general principles and practical tools, with particular attention to bylaws finances, and shared space agreements.
