Episcopal school chaplains wear a lot of hats—preaching, teaching, mentoring, coaching, running programs, or leading service projects, just to name a few. They also come from a wide range of backgrounds. Some are lay, some ordained. Some have spent their whole careers in chaplaincy, while others have worked in parishes or entirely different fields.
