NAES Job Listing FAQs
Only NAES member schools and their sponsoring organizations, or search consultants acting on their behalf, may post a job. Your school must be a currently active, fully paid member at the time of posting.

We accept listings for:
- Heads of School
- Chaplains & Teachers of Religion
- Administrators
- Teachers
- Rectors
- Other school positions at the discretion of NAES
Job listings expire on the soonest of:
- The day following the position application deadline.
- The day following the listed start-date for the position.
- Three months following the date of publication.
Positions listed as “open until filled” with a start-date prior to the date of publication (or ASAP) will run for three months.
- Use the “Post a Job” form on this page.
- Please allow up to one business day for your posting to appear on our website. Once you submit your posting, a staff member will review it and verify your school’s membership before publishing it to our website.
Email info@episcopalschools.org with the exact title of your job listing and the requested edits and a staff member will edit the post. Including the URL of your job listing will be especially appreciated.

Job listings should be short to medium in length, and provide a concise overview of the position and the required duties and qualifications. To include a full position profile, it is recommended to attach it as a PDF document.
All job listings are manually reviewed and approved. There may be a delay between submitting your job listing and it appearing on the website.
If you posted your position more than three months in the past, or the deadline to apply has passed, your job posting has been taken down automatically.
