The Episcopal Church Center building, including the NAES offices, will be closed on Tuesday, October 30 due to after-effects of Hurricane Sandy. Staff will continue to check e-mail and voice mail as possible.
We ask your prayers for all who are affected by the storm and for our civic leaders and first-responders. We share here the following prayer from the Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island.
A Prayer for Those in Hurricane Sandy’s Path This Day
Holy God, sovereign of all creation, remember your people in harm’s way this day. Protect us from the storm that rages around us. Let us find safe anchor in your gracious providence through this night, and preserve us until the dawn. In Jesus, the bringer of hope’s name we pray.
