Job Overview:
The Admission Associate supports the daily operations of the admission and enrollment office to ensure a smooth process, from inquiry through enrollment, for both internal and external audiences. Responsibilities include managing the application process by providing excellent customer service to inquiring families, uploading required application documents, and following up on any missing documents to expedite the application review. The Admission Associate will coordinate the school’s admission events, including campus visits, shadow visits and assessments, Open Houses, Ice Cream Social, and the New Student and Parent Orientation. Additional duties include scheduling parent conferences, finalizing and assembling admission packets, maintaining marketing print and promotional materials, and supporting the re-enrollment process. The Admission Associate will represent the school at various recruiting events as needed and effectively communicate the value of a Saint Andrew’s education.
