Stuart Hall School, an independent Episcopal day and boarding school serving grades 6-12, seeks a full-time Enrollment Officer & Event Planning Coordinator to fill the dual role to contribute to the school’s growth by assisting in the enrollment process and coordinating key events that showcase our vibrant school community.

Position Highlights

TheEnrollment Officer & Event Planner’s responsibilities include:

Enrollment Officer

Attend admission fairs and events on behalf of Stuart Hall School both domestically and internationally.

Meet with families and key constituents on behalf of the enrollment office.
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families.
Coordinate campus tours, interviews, and admissions events.
Support recruitment initiatives, including outreach and event participation.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports for admissions tracking.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student ambassadors to enhance prospective student experiences.
Assist with daily operations of the enrollment office.
Event Planning

Plan, organize, and execute admissions-related events, including open houses, information sessions, campus tours, and yield events.

Coordinate event marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and printed materials.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families regarding event-related inquiries.
Maintain and update event registration systems, track attendance, and generate reports for analysis.
Partner with faculty, student ambassadors, and administrative staff to enhance event experiences.
Support the enrollment team with application processing, data entry, and communications.
Assist in developing strategies to improve event engagement and conversion rates.
Additional Responsibilities include:

Participate in co-curricular programs and general school operations.
Engage in residential life, either as an on-campus resident with weekly and weekend duties or as part of the Weekend Duty Team, chaperoning student activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Proficiency in google platforms and basic data entry systems (experience with admission software is a plus).
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with prospective families, students, and community members.
Event planning interest or experience – even if limited to campus events, club programming, or student organization leadership.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for open houses, school fairs, or special events.
Valid driver’s license required as well as ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications (absences will not harm application)

Experience with managing official social media accounts and overseeing social media plans.
Experience working in an independent school.
Candidates with previous experience and/or interest in boarding schools, including living on campus and being part of the School’s residential life program, will receive strong consideration.
